Academy Components

The Academy participants will:

• Develop individual leadership plans designed to increase their leadership capabilities
• Select a mentor(s) to assist them with their plans
• Participate in face-to-face meetings (to include Ohio Leadership Forum and the National Policy Seminar)
• Participate in online webcasts and discussions related to leadership, as well as, career technical and adult education program quality
